CdMT对大鼠的急性毒性与脂质过氧化的关系

摘要 一次皮下注射不同剂量CdMT(0,0.3,0.6和0.9mgCd/kg)后12小时,大鼠肝GSH、MDA和TG无明显变化,但引起肾皮质GSH含量降低、MDA含量增高、钙尿症和蛋白尿,且都与给予的镉剂量间存在剂量效应关系。肾皮质GSH和MDA含量均与尿钙和尿蛋白浓度间存在相关关系。提示LPO是引起镉肾毒性的机理之一,而LPO可能与GSH耗竭有关。 The result indicated that upon exposure to different doses of CdMT (0, 0.3, 0.6 and 0.9 mgCd/kg) by Subcutaneous injection, there were no changes of th ontents of GSH, MDA and TG in the liver, but the dose-dependent increasinge of urinary Ca and protein and MDA content in kidney cortex, and the doso dependent decreasing of GSH content in kidney cortex were observed 12 houre after injection. There were the correlative relationships between the contentss of GSH and MDA in kidney cortex with the urinary Ca and protein respectively. It is suggested that LPO is one of mechainsms of Cd nephrotoxicity, and LPO may be related with GSH depletion.
