摘要
本实验采用misra法复制原位肝缺热血模型,用肌苷、生理盐水作为对照,研究丹参对家兔及犬肝热缺血的保护作用。通过对实验动物术后各种酶谱、生化、脂质过氧化物的测定、以及光镜电镜的病理学观察。表明丹参对肝热缺血及缺血/再灌流损伤均有明显的保护作用。
The warm ischemia patten of the liver was mimiced using Misra. The protective effects of Saliva Miltierrize (SM) on warm ischemia of liver in the experimental rabbits and degs were investigated, Both inosine and normal saline were used as control. The results showedthat SM has a good protective effects on warm ischemia of liver and the hepatic injury induced by ischemic/reperusion, experimentially through detecting enzyme systems, other biochemical changes, lipid peroxides and pathological observations under light and electronic microscopes.
