内镜下电切胃肠道息肉(附48例报告)

Endoscopic excision of patients with gastrointestinal polyps: A report of 48 cases

本文报告了经纤维内镜高频电切胃肠道息肉48例,其中上消化道10例,下消化道38例。应用热活检钳和圈套器电切除息肉共60颖,无穿孔等严重并发症。同时对电切的适应症、禁忌症、肠道准备、电凝切指数的选择、息肉回收、并发症的防治进行了讨论。

48 patients with 60 gastrointestinal polyps were excised by endoscopy in our hospital. Among them 10 cases were located at upper gastrointestinal tract-The other 38 cases were locatcl at large bowel. 60 polyps e excised by hot.-biopsy forceps and diathermic snare. NO serious Complication such as perfera tion wasoccured. Indications and contraindications, electric current level, rec overy of polyps、prevention and treatment of complicatitoa wer discussed.
