叔丁氯喘通改善猪肉品质的研究

The Effect of Tulobuteroi on the growth and Carcass Quality in Pigs

用β_2——肾上腺素受体兴奋剂——叔丁氯喘通处理去势汉白杂交猪,并对其肥育性能、肉质以及肉和血中诸项生化指标进行了分析研究。结果表明,叔丁氯喘通提高瘦肉率10.69％,眼肌面积21.97％,后腿比28.69％(P<0.05),降低了背膘厚,肉中脂肪含量降低12.30％,蛋白质含量提高8.60％。处理后,血糖、血脂、脂肪酶活性增加和血中非蛋白氮含量降低。

Castrated Han-Bai crosa-brod pigs were treated with β_2—adrenaline, tulobuterol. Moreover, their fattening performences, quality of lean and some biochemical indexes of lean and blood were determined and analyzed. The results Showed that the Lean meat percentage, loion-eye area and ham ratio in treatment group increased by 10.69%, 21.97% and 10.18%, respectively, as compared with those in control group. In the teeatment group, the backfat thickness reduced by 2%, the fat content of meat decreased by 12.3% the protein content of lean increased by 8.60%. After treatment, the blood sugar, blood fat and the activity of lipase increased, but the non-proteln nitrogen(NPN)in blood decreased.
