摘要
通过对大学生的营养跟踪调查、测试与对比,提示当前大学生要重视营养科学教育,注意平衡膳食,特别是要注意优质蛋白质及有关维生素的摄入量。此外,大学生还要加强课外体育活动,以促进营养的消化与吸收,进一步提高自身的身体素质。
According to the investigation, test and comparision of the college students, the author holds that students should attach importance to nutriolcgy, pay more attention to balanced diet, particularly, the intake of high quality protein and vitamin concerned. Furthermore, they should strengthen physical training so as to promote the digestion and absorption of nutriment and raise the standards of their health.
