摘要
分析最近试行的实验性规则——自由拦网对排球技战术体系的影响,认为自由拦网一旦实施,将使排球的防反系统趋向复杂化,对运动员的身体素质、心理素质等必然提出更高的要求。最后提出了有关训练的建议。
This paper makes an analysis of how the experimental rules on freeblock ,will influence the volleyball techniques and tactics.Once the new rules are carried out, the volleyball defence-attack system will be made complicated, and it will require volleyball players to have a powerful physigue and a better psychological quality. Suggestions are made in the last part of the paper regarding volleyball training.
