母猪性周期和妊娠期中外周血T细胞及其亚群的观察

OBSERVATION OF T LYMPHOCYTE AND ITS SUBPOPULATIONS IN PERIPHERAL BLOOD IN THE MINIPIG DURING DIFFERENT STEGES OF SEXUAL CYCLE AND PREGNANCY

用酸性α-萘酯酶(ANAE)组化反应标记外周血T细胞。与间情期相比,总T细胞的比率及其两个亚群(辅助性T细胞和抑制性T细胞)的比率在发情前期无明显变化;在发情期和妊娠期,总T细胞的比率显著降低(P<0.05),其中,辅助性T细胞亚群的比率显著降低(P<0.01),而抑制性T细胞亚群的比率显著升高(P<0.01)。表明在发情期和妊娠期,母猪的细胞免疫水平显著地低于间情期。

The T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of the Minipig ( xiang pig ) were labelled with histochemical method for ANAE ( acid α-naphthyl acetate esterase ) . The rate of total T lymphocytes and its two subpo-pulation had no obvious changes at the proestrus than diestrus, but the rate of total T lymphocytes notably decreased ( P<0.05 ) at estrus and pregnancy, among its subpopulations the rate of helper T cells notably decreased(P<0.01) and the rate of suppressor T cells notably increased (P<0.01). These results show that level of cellular immunity of female pig is notably lower at estrus and pregnancy than diestrus.
