摘要
本实验用单管微电极的方法,共记录了63个黑质(SN)神经元的自发放电。其中观察了45个黑质神经元,在用海人酸(KA)毁损同侧纹状体后,对侧脑室注射吗啡(MOR)的反应,18个黑质神经元,在同侧纹状体内注射配药液后,对侧脑室注射吗啡的反应。结果表明:海人酸毁损纹状体后可阻断吗啡对黑质Ⅰ型神经元的作用但不影响吗啡对黑质Ⅱ型神经元的作用。
The spontaneous firing of 63 nigra neurons was recorded by the single barrel glassmicropipette in rat. The effects of lateral ventricular injection of morphine (MOR) on ipsilateral nigral neurons (n=45) were observed after the striatum was lesioned by kainic acid. The vehiele was imjeeted to the striatum insteaed of kainie aeid lesion in control group (n=18). The results of study have demonstrated that after the striatum was lesioned by kainic aeid, the effeets of morphine on type Ⅰ neurons in the substantia nigra were blocked, but the effects of morphine on type Ⅱ neurons were not influeneed.
