同种与异种骨基质明胶(BMG)的骨诱导能力的实验研究

摘要 本文按Urist方法制备了大鼠和兔的骨基质明胶,并分别将其植入25只成年SD大鼠的胸部和股部肌肉内,在植入后第1、2、3、4、6周,通过光学显微镜观察同种和异种BMG的免疫排斥反应和诱导成骨性。结果表明:同种BMC具有较强的生物诱导成骨活性,免疫排斥反应性低,而异种BMG亦具有一定的诱导成骨能力,但在BMG周围亦出现了程度不同的排斥反应。本文认为,如能进一步降低异种BMG的抗原性,它将具有重要的临床应用价值。 We used vrists method to prepare BMG of rat and rabbit. Then we implanted them into the pectoralis and thigh muscles in 25 adult SD rats respectively 1.2. 3. 4. 6. Weeks after grafting, immunoreaction and inductive osteogensis potential of isostrain and allostrain BMG under the optical microscopl. The rcsutt showed that isostrain BMG possessed stronger biological inductive osteogensis potential, weaker immunoreaction; however allostrain BMG possessed inductive osteogenis potential but around BMG the immunoredction existed in varying degrll.The author considerld that it is important further to decrease the antigen-icity of allostrain BMG for applying isosrain and allostrain BMG to clinic.
