摘要
本文研究了对苯醌与磺胺二甲嘧啶荷移反应的条件、络合物的组成,初步探讨了对苯醌与磺胺二甲嘧啶反应的动力学性质。在醇酸性介质中,对苯醌与磺胺二甲嘧啶形成1:1的橙红色络合物,其ε=4.9×10~3l·mol^(-1),λ=490nm。
Charge-transfer reaction of p-benzoquinone and sulfadimidine is described in this paper. The reaction is based on the electron-transfer from the sulfadimidine to p-benzoquinone and the subsequent passible formation of π-π charge-transfer complex. The condition optimum reaction and the composition of complex have been established. The kinetic property of the reaction of p-benzoquinone and sulfadimidine has been studied. The reaction proceeds kinctically as a pseudo-first-ordcr reactin. The. constant speed has been calculated and a relevant reaction mechanism has been suggested. In alcoholic acidic mixture, orange-red complex of p-benzoquinone and sulfadimidine forms 1: 1.The molecular ratios of the reaction are 4.9×10~3 1·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) and maximum absorption at λ=490nm.
