Speech Audiometry for Navy Flyers : an Analysis of 404 Ears

本文对海军某部飞行员404耳作纯音及语言测听。用校正过的测听机及录放机,于本底噪声为40～50dB环境中测听。SRT用校正过的扬扬格双音词测听,PBmax用50个词在阈上40dB测听。本调查表明:①本组的PBmax均低于正常值,SRT高于正常值,而纯音听力绝大多数正常,提示语言测听的重要性;②轰炸机飞行员及其一级飞行员的SRT显著高于歼击机者(P<0.05),提示轰炸机对飞行员听力的影响较歼击机大:③两机种内的等级飞行员的SRT有显著差异(P<0.05),提示飞行时数越多,听力损失越明显。④提出飞行员的PBmax及SRT的分级标准,供同道商讨。

Speech audiometry was performed for navy flyers (404 ears) in this investigation. The results showed that:① the average PBmax value (86.24%) was lower than normal and the SRT value (30.77dB)was much higher than normal; ② the pure hearing (AC) of most flyers was normal, but PBmax and SRT were abnormal; ③ the SRT value in flyers of bombers was far greater than fighters (P<0.01); and ④ there is a remarkable difference in SRT between younger and elder flyers (P<0.05). PBmax and SRT ratings for flyers were suggested.
