摘要
本文讨论了精密塑料模具的设计要点,即正确的收缩率、足够的刚度、良好的工艺性,合理的排气位置及选用耐热、耐磨的模具材料.设计者应重视积累经验,善于归纳分析和应用计算机辅助设计技术,才能正确设计精密塑料模具.
In this Paper, key elements of precision plastic mould design are discussed. They are exact contraction rate, abundant stiffness, easy technique, correct position for degassing ports and selecting heat resistant material and abrasion resistant material. For a mould designer, it is important to pay great attention on accumulation of his experience, to be adept at induction and use of CAD.
