摘要 本文旨在消化吸收波兰“乌尼泊尔”粉煤灰加气混凝土工艺。借助于模拟试验和X射线衍射分析方法研究了混合胶结料中二水石膏的脱水条件及石膏脱水对加气混凝土料浆凝结与发气的影响。最后,提出了防止胶结料中石膏脱水的措施。 The paper aids to digest and imbibe the polish 'unipol' technology of fly ash aerated concrete,The conditions of the dehydration of the gypsum in mixture binder and the influence of the dehydration of the gypsum on the coagulation and the expension of aerated concrete paste are investigated with the help of simulated test and XRD analysis. At last, the measures avoided the dehydration of the gypsum in the binder are suggested.
