西北二号加气混凝土钢筋防锈涂料以烯烃基乳胶为成膜物质,属水剂型。适用于水泥—矿渣—砂、水泥—石灰—砂和水泥—石灰—粉煤灰加气混凝土中钢筋的防锈处理。防锈能力和粘着力等均达到《蒸压加气混凝土板》(JC351—83)中的规定。且涂层薄、用料省、干燥温度低、储存期长、使用简便。

The antirusting paint of steel bars 'Northwest No.2' using the alkenyl emulsion as a film-forming matter is a water paint, which is applied to the antirusting treatment of steel bars in the foamed concrete made of cement-slag-sand, cement-lime-sand, and cement-lime-fly ash. Its rust-proof capability and bond stress, etc. meet the requirements stipulated in 'The Vapor-pressure Foamed Concrete Slabs' (JC351-83). The paint has the advantages of paintcoat being thin, drying temperature being low, storage being long, saving materials and operating simply.
