1-萘甲氧基乙酸的合成

Synthesis of dialkylaminoethyl (1-naphthalenyl methoxy) acetate hydrochloride and its learning and memory facilitation in mice

本文用1-氯甲基萘经Williamson反应制得的酯,再经水解的方法,合成了1-萘甲氧基乙酸。1-萘甲氧基乙酸为尚未见报道之新化合物,其结构■NMR、IR及元素分析所证实。1-萘甲氧基乙酸与增产灵对大豆催芽作用的初步对比实验结果:均在高浓度下有抑制作用,而且浸泡时间12小时比6小时在第一天有明显的抑制作用。这和其它植物生长激素的催芽作用结果相似。

Dimethylaminoethyl (1-naphthalenyl methoxy) acetate hydrochloride and diethylaminoethyl (1-naphthaienyl methoxy) acetate hydrochloride were synthesized. Experimental results showed that these two compounds improved scopolamine-induced impairment of acquisition of memory in mice. The structures of the two new compounds were cinfirmed by NMR, IR spectra and elementary analysis.
