带蒂剥离皮质骨片移植治疗胫骨骨折并发症

Treatment of Tibial and Fibular Fracture with the Method of Decortication

本文报道对3例胫腓骨骨折并发症,采用带蒂剥离皮质骨片原位移植的方法进行手术治疗,均在3个月临床愈合,5个月骨折愈合,恢复伤前的全日制劳动、工作和学习。作者对这种引进并改良的手术方法及典型病例进行了介绍,并讨论分析了取得优秀效果的重要因素。

3 cases of nonunion of tibial and fubular fracture were reported in this paper. These three cases were treated with, the method of decor tication and had clinical union 3 months tater, and 5 months after they all had bony union and were working as normally as before. This introduced and improved method and some typical cases were briefed. Some im -portant factor of fine effects were also discussed.
