犬腺病毒2型的致弱和狐脑炎弱毒疫苗的研究

摘要 将犬腺病毒2型(CAV—2),用PK_(15)细胞继代53代后毒力减弱,然后用A_(72)细胞继续继代20代。经对继代毒的毒力测定和稳定性试验证明,53—73代毒对狐无致病性,而且毒力稳定,我们选用60—69代毒作制苗种毒成功地研制出狐狸脑炎弱毒苗。试验表明,该苗具有制造技术先进、使用安全、免疫原性好等优点。狐免疫10^(4.5)TCID_(50)/ml接种疫苗,保护率可达100%。该苗免疫21天后能耐受10^(-2)CAV—l强毒的攻击,免疫期为一年。现场应用26754头份均取得良好的免疫效果. Cannine abenovirus type II was attenuated after 53 serial passage in PK_(15) cell culture, then 20 serial passages in A_(72) cell culture. V irulence and antigen stability of passage CAV-2 showed that passage 53-73 viruses bad no pathogenicity for fox, but virulence is stable. We successfully studies fox encephalitis attenuate virus vaccine with passage 60-69 viruses. The tests showed that the vaccine had advance productive techniaue, safety and well immunogenicity, Pr.oetction rate of fox vaccinated with 10^(4.5)TCID_(50)/ml vaccine was 100%. Fox can resist to challenge with 10^(-2) virulent CAV-1 post-vaccination 21 days. Immune period was one year, 26754 foxes were vaccinated and obtained better immunity
