氟化钠与沥青烟联合诱发的紫露草微核效应

摘要 氟化钠与煤焦沥青烟均具有诱变效应,可导致紫露草微核率显著增加。当同时给予二者联合染毒时,氟化钠表现出拮抗煤焦沥青烟诱变效应的作用,其机理有待进一步研究探讨。 Tradescantia Paludosa micronucleus rates which were induced by sodium fluoride(NaF)and coal tar pitch fumes(CTPF)were significantly high er than that of the control.The results indicated that NaF and CTPF were mutagens.In the combined test,mutagenic effect induced by CTPF was inhibited by NaF.The machnism will be studied further.
