《民事诉讼法》增设“法律责任”一章的必要性探析

基于各种原因,我国《民事诉讼法》应增设“法律责任”一章,以用专章规定的立法模式来集中规定各种民事诉讼的法律责任。

For many causes, a separated chapter of 'Legal Responsibilities' needs to be added to the Civil Proce- dural Law, thus to prescribe the legal responsibilities of the Civil Procedural Law intensively in a whole chapter.
