26例盆腔良性包块治疗小结

TREATMENT OF BFNIGN PELVIC MASS IN 26 CASES

对26例盆腔良性包块患者,采用中药多途径给药,内服益气消症汤,静脉点滴丹参注射液,中药保留灌肠,外敷消症散,结果痊愈12例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率为96.15%。其中以陈旧性宫外孕和炎性包块疗效较好,治愈率分别为77.78%和45.45%。两者治愈率无明显差异。结核性包块和卵巢瘤疗效不理想。

26 cases with benign pelvic mass were treated by administration of Chinese drugs in different ways:oral administration of yiqi xiaoyu tang, intravenous drip of injectio Salviae Miltiorrhizae,retention-enema with Chinese drugs,and external application of xiaozheng san.The result was recovery in 12 cases,effectiveness in 13 cases and ineffectiveness in one cases.The total effective rate was 96.15%.Among them,a better result occurred in the cases with old ectopic pregnancy or inflammatory mass,the cure rates were 77.78% and 45.45% respectively,and not obviously different in the two groups.The therapeutic effectiveness was poor in the cases with tuberculous mass or benign tumor of ovary.
