Design and manufacture of dies s one of the 20 key specialities in airborne equipment manufacturing technology. Three articles about design of special components in segment dies with slots are published in this issue, which are 'Design of Sectional Blanking Dies and Their Special Components', 'Design of General Sectional perforating Dies and Their Positioning Pieces' and 'Use of Sectional Dies with Special and General Com ponents'.
