摘要
文章提出了一类上下面形状相似的扭曲零件的数学描述,介绍了利用四轴数控线切割机床加工这类扭曲零件的编程方法及切入,切出段的编程考虑。
The paper introduces a mathematical description of twisty workpieces with similar profiles at the top and bottom, and a programming method which is used for machining this kind of workpieces by a 4--axis NC wire EDM machine. Besides some problems about entry and exit segments in the program are also described.
