摘要
此文从三坐标测量机的机械结构、工艺材料、测头、计算机数字控制系统、运行软件及整机技术发展方向六个方面叙述了当前主要的现状和趋势.并提出了八项研究课题.
Present state and future development of coordinate measuring machines are described from me- chanical structure, materials, probes, computer-based digital control system, software and overal de- sign. The auther proposes 8 items of research and development.
