本文用对比的方法介绍超精密切削工艺的优点及其技术经济效益,同时介绍适用于起精密切削的材料和超精密加工的产品零件。在光学设计中,采用非球面光学元件有许多优点.它不仅可提高图象质量,改善光学性能,减少光学系统中光学零件的数量,从而显著地缩小光学系统的尺寸。
