摘要
The Second Chinese-Soviet Semi-nar on Chemistry and Applicationsof Rare Earths was held inChangchun and Shanghai,China,from Oct.4th to 14th,1991.Nearly 100 scientists andexperts participated in themeeting and 98 papers were intoconference proceedings.The meeting was jointly chairedover by Prof.Ni Jiazuan of Chang-chun Institute of AppliedChemistry.Academia Sinica.
