垂笑君子兰对中枢神经系统的抑制作用

Inhibitory Effects of CNL on the central Nervous System

垂笑君子兰水煎液20mL/kg 腹腔注射能明显提高小鼠对热刺激及电刺激所产生的痛阈值,减少小鼠自发活动数,并使硫喷妥钠的睡眠时间延长,异戊巴比妥钠的睡眠率增加。同时能使小鼠及家兔的正常体温下降。提示垂笑君子兰水煎液具有中枢抑制作用及镇痛作用。垂笑君子兰水醇液的作用与水煎液相似,但较水煎液弱。

In this paper,the pain threshold in mice measured by hot plate method or electric stimulative method was markedly elevated by intraperitoneal administra- tion of CNL decoction at the dose of 20 ml/kg.The mice spontaneous motor acti- vity (SMA) was decreased as well.At the same dose,CNL decoction also prolo nged the Sleeping time induced by thiopental and inereased the sleeping rates indu- ced by Amobarbital.The body temperature in mice or rabbits was declined due to the CNL decoction.These results indicate that CNL possess central depressive ac- tion and analgesic action.The actions of ethanol extraction from CNL decoction were similarly observed in mice or rabbits.However,the effect is obviously wea- ker than that by decoction.
