摘要
2.5月龄和3月龄的青紫蓝、新西兰白兔及其正、反交杂种平均体重达1500～2000g;经屠宰试验,胴体重800～900g,屠宰率50％左右。2.5月龄的正交杂种有明显的杂种优势。头、爪、尾及内脏杂碎可作为动物饲料的约占体重41％,如加以充分利用可提高养兔的出口换汇率。
The average slaughter weights of Chinchilla, New Zeland White Rabbits and their hybrids of reciprocal cross at 2.5 or 3 months age are 1500-2000g. The slaughter test shows: carcass weight 800-900g, dressing percentage 50% or so. About 75% iddividuals are located ih the suitable range of slaughter weight, carcass weight and dressing percentage; they show a fine fryer carcass quality. The hydride by Chinchilla buck cross New Zeland White doe have distinct heterosis. The viscera, head, claw and tail represent 41% of slaughter weight, making full use of them as a pet's feed will raise the rate of exchange for rabbit exportation.
