摘要 本文报道了不同水质和蔗糖浓度对无籽西瓜幼苗增殖的影响。试验结果表明:上海、北京的自来水以及上海的清洁河水所配制的相同培养基,对无籽西瓜幼苗增殖的作用无明显区别,然而不同的蔗糖浓度对幼苗增殖的作用,明显不同。适合于幼苗增殖的蔗糖浓度应为5%。 This paper deals with the effect of different water quality and various concentrations of sucrose on shoot reproduction of triploid seedless watermelon. Experiments show that the similar medium made of running water in Shanghai or Beijing, and of clean water from river in Shanghai has no different effect on shoot reproduction of triploid seedless watermelon However, various concentrations of sucrose have different effect on shoot reproduction distinctively. The concentration suitable for shoot reproduction of triploid seedless watermelon is 5%.
