摘要
本文主要通过公兔睾丸埋磁,磁化水喂鸡以及离体精子磁效应等探索性试验,来寻找利用磁生物学技术提高畜禽繁殖力的可能途径。实验结果表明:经理磁120天的睾丸内组织结构发生变化,生精能力得到恢复和提高。埋磁后采精量、精子活率、精子密度及有效精子数都有显著提高(P<0.05)。用3500高斯磁场处理水喂种鸡,对提高其产蛋量有显著效果(P<0.05),并能显著延长50%以上产蛋率持续时间,但对孵化率无显著影响。公兔稀释精液外加一定强度磁场处理,可延长精力存活时间12~24小时。同时也讨论了磁生物学技术在畜牧业上的应用前景。
A probably way will be found by magnetobiology technology after by a series tests of burying magnetic plates in testicle, feeding poultry by magnetizing water and magnetization to semen leaving from body. The test prov d that the tissue structure has been changed, the capacity of producing the semen has been improved and enhanced and the quaulity of semen, semen activity, density and the quantity of the effective semen have been enhanced obviously (P<0.05) at 120 days after burying magnetic plates in testicle. Clearly, the egg productivity of breed chicken has been changed and the duration of egg productive rate above 50% has been prolonged after eating the water of magnetized by 3500 GS. But the hatching rate changed hardly. The lifetime of semen of Rabbit has been prolonged for 12 to 24 hours after applied magnetic field of some strength. At the same time, we discussed the future of the magnetobiology technology application in animal science.
