应用旋转设计进行药剂防效研究

摘要 旋转设计适用于构造非线性的数学模型,进行多因素的综合研究。本文采用二因子二次通用旋转组合设计进行不同水平的多菌灵与粉锈宁两种农药的混配试验防治与兼治小麦赤霉病和白粉病,摸索出合理的用药量及配比组合,以利最佳控制小麦赤霉病和白粉病,提高综合防治效益,为今后实现规范化农药复配提供科学依据。 The rotary design is suited for structuring non-linear Mathematical model to carry out comprehensive study on multiple factors. Two factors guadratic general rotary design are adopted in this paper to carry out the test of mixing or combining rate of carbendazim and triadimefon at various degree for control fusarium blight(Gibberella saubinetii) and powdery mildew (Erysiphe graminis)of wheat. A rational dose and combining rate of carbendazim and triadimefon is tried to improve the effectiveness of comprehensive control and optimum control of fusarium blight and powdery mildew of wheat, to provide a scientific evidence for realizing standardization of chemical combination in the future.
