催化动力学分析法测定空气中的微量锰

摘要 报道了催化动力学分析法测定空气中微量锰的方法。空气样本经微孔滤膜采集后,用1.0mol. L^(-1)HCl在沸水浴中浸取2h,然后利用锰(Ⅱ)对KIO_4氧化孔雀绿的催化作用对锰比色测定。本法检测下限为0.1ng/ml,线性范围为0~80ng/25ml,变异系数为1.1~12.9%,加标回收率为91.3~106.5%。常见共存成分对测定无干扰。 A method for the determination of trace manganese in air by the catalytic kinetic method is presented in this article. Manganese and its compounds collected by a millipore filter membrane were leached with 1.0 mol. L^(-1)HCI in a boiling water bath for 2h, then spectrophotometrically determined using the catalytic effect of manganese (Ⅱ) on the oxidation of malachite green with potassium periodate in the presence of nitrilo triacetic acid as an activator. The detection limit of the method is 0.1ng/ml; the range for the determination 0-80ng/25ml; the coefficient of variation 1.1-12.9%; recov- ery 91.3-106.5% ((?)=99.30%). Common coexisting substances do not interfere with the determination.
