二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺对真菌作用的电镜观察

摘要 本文从形态学的超微结构上观察30.2%二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺(DSA)对白色念珠菌和黄曲霉菌孢子作用5~120min的抗真菌效果。在扫描电镜和透射电镜下,真菌孢子的变化为一渐进过程,胞壁损伤和肿胀,细胞核界限模糊不清,核物质溶解,胞浆中细胞器模糊不清,细胞内容物漏出而使孢子死亡。 In the study of anufungal effect of N-β, β-Dichlorovincyl Salicylamide(DSA) against spores of Candida albicans and Aspergillus flavus, the spores were exposed to 0.2% DSA solution for 5-120min and changes of their morphology and ultrastructures were observed, Under scanning election microscope and transmission electron microscope, the changes of spores is a process of gradual changes: the cell walls damaging and swelling, boundary of cell nucleus unclear, nuclear substances dissolved, structures of cell organs in cytoptasm unclear and celluar contents leaked, thus spores were killed.
