示波极谱法测定食品中糖精钠

Polarographic Determination of Sodium Saccharin in Food

摘要 糖精钠在盐酸—氯化钠体系中有一灵敏的极谱峰其含量在5~100μg/10ml内,与峰电流呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.999),对雪糕、油炸麻花测定6~7次的变异系数分别为1.9%和7.2%;以多种食品进行加标回收检验。回收率为88.8%~111.5%。本法测定结果与紫外分光光度法结果比较,本法简便、快速、准确,可用于各种食品中糠精钠的测定。 Sodium saccharin has a sensitive polarographic wave in the system of NaCl-HCl. The peak current was directly proportional to the concentration of sodium saccharin in the range of 5-1000μg. The detection limit for food was 20ppm, the relative standard deviation and recovery were 1.87%-7.19% 82.5%-111.5%, respectively. THe proposed meth is simple, tapid, accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
