摘要
本文报道了从腹泻病人粪便、水产品及苍蝇中检出10株河弧菌,其生物学特性与国内外报道相符,大部分菌株能产生LT或ST肠毒素。30种抗菌药物敏感试验的结果为:对链霉素、多帖菌素B、吡哌酸等18种高度敏感;对强力霉素、头孢霉素、四环素中度敏感;对青霉素、氨苄青霉素、麦迪霉素等耐药。
Ten stains of V. fvialis were isolated from feces of diarruoea patients, aquatic products and fly in Guangzhou. The bacteria appeared to be Gram-negative, motile and rods. Some of the strains can produce LT and ST. They were sensitive to streptomycin. Ampicillin, Doxycycline, Cefaothin and Tetnacycline.
