示波极谱法测定水中硫化物

摘要 作者提出了以1%NaOH+0.5%EDTA+0.5%TEA为底液.用示波极谱法测定水中硫化物的方法.在底液中加入TEA可以改善极谱峰形.并提高灵敏度.本法的变异系数为2.3~7.2%,回收率为94.0-102.0%,线性范围为0.002~5.0ppm.对水样的最低检出浓度为2ppb.本法简便,准确、灵敏度高,重现性好。 Sulfide has a sensitive polarographic wave in the system of NaOH-EDTA-triethanolamine. The addition of the triethanolamine to the system improved the shape of the wave and increased the sensitivity. The peak current was directly proportional to the concentration of sulfide in the range of 0.002-5.0 ppm. The detection limit for water sample was 2 ppb, the relative standard deviation and recovery were 2.3-7.2% and 94.0-102.2%, respectively. The proposed method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
