摘要
从超保质期的红烧兔肉头中分离出一株使罐头腐败变质的尸体梭菌产毒株,并在罐头上清液中检出使小鼠致死的毒素。该菌经形态、生理生化特性及其代谢终产物的气相色谱分析结果,确定为尸体梭菌产毒株。
A toxigenic strain of clostridium cadaveris was separated from the can of deteriorated rabbitt meat(braised in brown sauce).Both the culture supernatant and the fluid of the meat were proved lethal to mice.The strain was identified as clostridium cadaveris by sys- tematic identification.
