香猪能量和蛋白质代谢规律的研究 被引量:2

摘要 香猪是我国黔桂西省接壤地带一个独特的小型猪种,母猪成年体重为30.80kg左右,其基因较纯,可以培养成实验动物,适用于各种科学研究。我们在制定中国小型香猪饲养标准时,利用北京农大KB-1型呼吸测热室研究了香猪的能量和蛋白质代谢规律。分别取平均体重9.09、15.00和30.63kg的4、6和9月龄香猪8、8和16头,绝食24小时后,分别进入大型开闭式呼吸测热室进行呼吸测热试验,两天的平均绝食产热量,4、6、9月龄猪按序为105.56、92.87和82.07kCal/w·75/天,说明随着香猪体重增加;
