狨猴颗粒饲料的研究

Study of the Pellet for Marmoset

在配料和制作方法上不断探索和改进,研制成颗粒料。以普通狨猴习惯采食的德国颗粒料作对照进行对比试验,结果表明自制颗粒料在适口性方面优于德国料。进食自制料的成猴繁殖性能和仔猴生长发育性能正常。在一年多饲喂过程中未发现任何不良影响,自制颗粒含料3428Kcal/kg消化能和112.5g可消化粗蛋白质,后者能满足狨猴需要。

Continual research and improvement on diet formula and process have been made to develop a kind of pellet. Experiment has been done in compa-rison with the German-made pellet with which the examined animal, common marmoset ( CALLITHRIX HACCHUS ) , was fed. The result shows that self-made pellet is better than the German-made one in palatability. The reproductive performance of adult marmosets and the growth performance of infant marmosets are nomal when this kind of self-made pellet is obtained .No bad effets have been found during one years feeding. The self-made pellet contains 3428 cal digestible energy and 112.5 gram digestible crude protein per kilogram. Though the protein content of this self-made pellet is much lower than that of German-made pellet, it is sufficient to meet the needs of marmosets.
