欧阳氏的祖先,乃春秋时越王勾践之支孙,封于乌程欧阳亭,因以为氏,汉唐时,以乐安、渤海为郡望,人才辈出,为中华民族的文明作出重大贡献。一、姓氏谱书所载欧阳氏的起源几乎所有的姓氏谱书所载欧阳氏的祖先,为春秋时越王勾践之支孙的后裔。如《姓谱》谓:欧阳,“越王勾践之后,支孙封乌程欧阳亭,因以为氏,望出渤海。”
