The Distribution Interchange of the Academic Transactions and Information Feedback

本文针对高校学报在发行交流上普遍存在的问题,提出了一些建设性意见。同时论及了学报发行交流与信息反馈两者间相互依赖、互为补充的关系,说明两者是提高学校质量的重要前提条件,应引起重视。

This text explains the widespread problems in the distribution interchange of the academic transactions. After talking about the relationship of the mutual dependence between the distribution interchange of the transactions and information feedback, it gives the fact that the improvement of the transactions' quality essentially prcsuposcs on the distribtion interchange, to which more attention ought to be paid.
