Structure Design and Technology of ESG Miniature Assembly

本文总结了近几年来静电陀螺的研制在缩小体积、保证精度,提高可靠性、提高成品率等方面所取得的成果。同时提出了今后陀螺研制应开展的几项工作。

The paper summrizes the work on ESG in recent ye- ars,including its miniaturization,increase in rate of finisked products and reliability,guarantee of acccuracy.Futher research work is also dis- cussed.
