摘要 本文针对三轴惯导测试台精密导电滑环的研制,提出了解决国内环道数最多(达204环)、长度最长(454毫米)、尺寸精密、噪声低,大电流、长寿命、性能稳定、使用可靠、安装方便的滑环的“分段——组合”新颖结构,详细地阐述了设计构思,介绍了真空压力浇注工艺及其他主要工艺方法和达到的技术性能指标。 Aimed at development of precision conducting slip rings assembly used for gyroscope test turn table with three-axes,the paper proposes a design and fabrication procedure of a precision conduc- ting slip rings assenbly which has most rings(up to 204 rings)at home,longest length(up to 454mm),high precision,low noise,large current conductive capacity,long longevity,stable and reliable perfor- mance and can be mounted conveniently.A design scheme of“section— combination”structure has been described in greater detail,one or two sections of multirings can be combined arbitravily for different use, all types of slip rings products used for different test turn table with high precision or inertial guidance instruments can be derived.The paper also describes processing technology,group rings procedure,pour- ing procedure at vaccum pressure,mounting,debugging and testing technique and main specifications of the assembly.
