本文介绍了HIC、SMT、PAL/GAL、多层PCB及ASIC等电子设备的小型化技术,和国外惯导系统电子线路小型化的发展,并就系统中的模拟电路、数字电路和电源电路三方面,论述了实现小型化的途径。

Electronics miniaturization techniques such as HIC, SMT,PAL/GAL,MLPCB and ASIC are briefly introduced,and their applications in INS are suggested.The ways to realize miniaturization for analogue and digital circuits and power sources in INS are expounded.
