蝮蛇抗栓酶对实验性心肌缺血损伤的保护作用

摘要 本实验以异丙肾上腺素性心肌梗塞(ISP-MI)为模型,观察了心肌缺血时脂质过氧化物(MDA)及抗氧化酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的改变以及蝮蛇抗栓酶(svate)对上述变化的影响。结果发现,大鼠皮下注射异丙肾上腺素(TSOP)24小时后,缺血心肌MDA、SOD及GSH-Px均明显升高,全血MDA亦显著升高;舌下静脉注射svate(0.25U/kg)治疗组,与单纯缺血组比较,心肌及血清MDA含量显著降低,而且心肌GSH-Px活力进一步升高。结果表明,蝮蛇抗栓酶具有抗脂质过氧化损伤和保护抗氧化酶活性的作用。 The changes in myocardial MDA contents, SOD and GSH-Px activities, and the effect of A. Halys on the above changes were studied in isoproterenol-induced myoca- dial infarction. The results showed an increase in the MDA contents and SOD, GSH-Px activities in the ischemic group, as compared with the normal control. In the A. Halys-treated group, myocardial and serum MDA contents reduced significantly while GSH-Px activities increased significantly as compared with the ischemic control. The result indicated that probably A. Halys exerted a beneficial effect on ischemic myocardium via its antioxidant effect.
