The Variation of Monoamino-Transmitter in CSF after Destruction of both Amygdaloid Nucleus on Chronic Schizophrenia

本文报道12例慢性精神分裂症经杏仁核破坏术后CSF单胺神经递质的变化,发现患者HVA↑,P<0.05,术后↓,P<0.05,符合多巴胺假说。本文并就CSF单胺神经递质的含量及作用进行了讨论。

The variation of monoamino-transmitters in CSF after destruction of amygdaloid nucleus on 12 cases of chronic schizophrenia are reported. The result showed that CSF HVA was increased in schizophrenia; P<0.05, CSF HVA was reduced after operation; P<0.05. This conclusion accords with DA suppothesis. The amount and effect of monoamion-trans-mitters of CSF is discussed in this article.
