脑立体定向杏仁核破坏术治疗精神分裂症近期疗效分析

Analysis of Short-term Effects of Stereotactic Destruction of the Amygdaloid Nucleus on Schizophrenic Patients

本文报道13例次经确诊的慢性精神分裂症病人进行双侧杏仁核破坏术,有效率为69.2%。其中以激活性因子组为最有效(P<0.01),因此,对兴奋躁动伤人毁物者疗效更好。本文对无效组进行了分析,本组病人术后无并发症及智能低下。

Thirteen patients with chronic schizophrenia underwent surgical destruction of the amygdaloid nucleus. The response rate of surgical therapy was 69.2%. It was the most effective in ACTV group (P<0.01).Therefore, destruction had the most effective result to the patients with excitment, restlessness and assault. Effectless group is analysed in this article. The patients underwent surgical operation had no operative complications. There were no postoperative intellectual defects.
