Clinical Applications of Cerebral Steretotaxic Operation: A report of 40 times

作者报道进行36例40术次立体定向术治疗精神分裂症、帕金森氏病、癫痫、恶痛及肿瘤活检,取得良好效果。强调只要严格选择病例,操作细致、准确,立体定向术在功能神经外科和脑深部疾病的治疗有着广阔的前景。

The authors report 40 stereotaxic operations performed for 36 cases of schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease, epilpsy and biopsy of brain tumors or malignant pain. The results were good. The authors emphasize that proper selection of patients and careful operations are important. Stereotaxic operation will be used widely in the functional neorosurgery and in the treatment of the deep seated cerebral diseases.
