羟基磷灰石配合自体红骨髓移植修复骨缺损的临床初步应用

The Preliminary Clinical Use of Combined Hydroxyapatite and Autologous Red Bone Marrow to Repair Bone Defects

本文报告采用人工合成的羟基磷灰石配合自体红骨髓移植修复5例良性骨肿瘤引起的骨缺损。本法优点是材料来源广,使用便利、安全,无不良反应,手术创伤小,功能恢复良好。

Artificial hydroxyapatite (HAP) combined with autologous red bone marrow (BM) was used to repair bone defects caused by the innocent bone tumor curetted in five patients. The method is a sample and safe manipulation, which free from toxic reaction, causes less trauma, thus, a satisfactory recovery results.
