以冠状动脉造影做对照评价21例冠心病人核素心室造影及相位分析的左室局部功能,结果说明:核素指标是判断心脏功能及室壁运动的非创性可靠指标,与冠脉病变部位及范围密切相关,还能评价冠脉病变的程度,可作为对冠脉造影的一种重要筛选方法。

An assess of the value of diagnosing coronary artery diseases (CAD) with phase analysis of radionuclide ventriculography (RNV) in contrast with coronary angiography was stidued. The results are as follows: The sensitivity and specificity of regional EP, 1/3FF, PFR, SDP, RS, AM and lead of RWMA were 59. 6% and 70.4%, 52.6% and 59.2%, 38.6% and 66.6%, 51.6% and 85.2%, 63.2% and 85.2%, 80.7% and 48%, 91% and 85.7%, 87.3% and 93. 1% respectively. Regional wall motion abnormal (RWMA). related to the location of coronary vessels diseases. The gaps of amplitude images and the lead of RWMA were more sensitive than other regional parameters, and were more relible indexes in determination of coronary vessels diseases, detection and quantitation of RWMA and distinction between single vessel and multivessel diseases, severe vessel and light vessel diseases. Phase analysis of RNV correlated well with coronary angiography. It can be used as a new method for quantitation of left ventricular.
