摘要
中国常见八种蛇毒包括眼镜蛇毒;银环蛇毒;金环蛇毒;眼镜王蛇毒;蝰蛇毒;蝮蛇毒;竹叶青蛇毒;五步蛇毒。在体外前四种蛇毒通过ADP的诱导,抑制家兔血小板的聚集,后四个毒促进家兔血小板聚集。用CM-Sephaex C 50柱层析3.0×65cm。眼镜蛇毒分为9个组份。组份Ⅰ和组份Ⅱ有明显抑制血小板聚集作用。组份I和组份Ⅱ经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶园盘电泳,鉴定为一区带。
Chinese common eight venoms include Naja naja atra, Bungarus fasciatus Schneider, B.multicinctus Blyth,OPhiophagus hannah, Vipora rus llii Siamensis Smith,Agkistrodon halys pallas, Agkistrodon a utus Guenther and Trimeresurus stejnegeri Schmidt. In vitro the four venoms inhibited rabbit platelet aggregation induced by ADP in an effect dosedependent manner;and the :later four venoms promoted rabbit platelet aggregation. With CM-Sephadex C 50 chromtography column 3.0×65cm. Naja naja atra was divided into nine peaks; peak Ⅰ and peakⅡ obviously inhibited platelet ggregation. The ID_(50) of peak Ⅰ, Ⅱ, in inhibiting platelet aggregation induced by ADP in vitro was 10. 05μg/ml. In vivo Naja naja atra also obviously inhibited platelet aggregation.
